About This Product

Image processing device that can perform X-Y axis and θ-Z axis analysis ・ The X-Y axis flat scan image processing and θ-Z axial scan can be imaged by 4-axis control. ・ After measurement, it is possible to reproduce the image condition and recreate it without re -scanning. ・ By reprinting as a horizontal fault statue (C scope) or vertical cross -sectional image (B scope), it is possible to analyze microscopic inspections such as electronic devices, precision parts, peeled composite materials, and evaluate materials. ・ This device is a device that uses ultrasonic waves to perform non -destructive inspections inside the inspection material and imagine the test data (all waveform data). ・ Evaluation of welds and joining portions, intermediary, voids, and cracks, and analysis of composite materials can be performed. -The 4 -axis control can be performed by performing an image of a cylindrical test material using the X -Y axis planar scan and θ (rotation) -Z scan. ・ Equipment operation is performed by the operation panel (GOT), and basic settings, image results are displayed and analyzed on the PC screen. ・ Because the entire waveform data is stored, it is possible to reproduce the recovery without re -scanning even if the display conditions such as the re -gate setting are changed. ・ From the re -image result, confirm the waveform, analysis, etc. quickly and easily. ・ By displaying A, B, C scope and EH monitor on the same screen, it is easy to analyze image results. ・ A wealth of optional functions used for analysis of image results are prepared.
