■ Measurement principle of ultrasonic bolt axial force
Measure the ultrasonic propagation time before the bolt concludes and measure the propagation time difference ⊿t. ⊿T is regarded as the amount of bolt and the axial force value from the propagation time difference.
■ High -precision axial force measurement can be done quickly and easily
High -brightness LED LCD screen adopted with a change in waveform. By turning on/off the duplicate of the initial waveform in the current wave shape, the installation reproducibility of the sensor is improved. Easy -to -identify color scheme prevents misreading and misunderstanding.
■ Save data to SD card, and PC management is possible
Up to 50 conditions and bolt measurement data can be saved on the included SD card. Browsing and editing on a PC is possible. Save data can be used for management and reporting. SD card data can share with other axial forceometer.
■ Switching of axial force meter and ultrasonic seeker can be switched.
Function switching between UI-27AF ⇔ UI-27 is possible. It can be used for various ultrasonic inspections other than axial force. Since the general -purpose large lemornector is used for the probe connector (1S.275), the equipment operating rate has been improved.
■ It is possible to evaluate the conclusion and build a conclusion system by connecting to the external device.
The external interface can be connected to external devices such as nutranna and data logger. The external I/F function enables the application of the automatic conclusion system and the axial force meter to the conclusion power evaluation.
Example) control of the conclusion system that incorporates axial force value, obtaining correlation data between torque and axial force value.
