The model CPB3500 deadweight tester is an essential primary standard and measures pressure directly from its basic equation p = F/A. This mechanical measurement principle provides excellent reliability and stability over time, eliminates most risks of measurement error, and reduces calibration uncertainty. CPB3500 is an ideal tool for calibrating all types of pressure measuring instruments.
■Robustness and module
The device is manufactured from a strong and stable aluminum base with a lightweight, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant ABS case. Piston cylinders are compatible between different models within the CPB3500, so if there are changes, they can be easily upgraded to the extent possible.
The set of weights is interchangeable between pistons of the same range within the required standard accuracy. The weight is made of non-magnetic stainless steel, which keeps the mass very stable. The base can also be quickly converted into a comparator by replacing the piston and weight with suitable transmission standards.
■Comfortable operation
Two built-in precision soft seated valves combined with volume adjusters provide precise pressure control capabilities. A safety gauge is installed on the equipment to indicate approximate pressure. Weights can be added from above (except 25 bar / 400 psi) for easy and quick operation. Also available in most common pressure units.

- Measurement records at the factory include those that can be traced to national standards as standard. UKAS calibration is also available as an option if required.
