About This Product

■Applications

Model CPC8000-H high precision hydraulic high pressure controller is particularly suitable as a factory/working standard for automatic testing or calibration of all types of high pressure measuring equipment due to its high accuracy and control stability. In-house applications and cyclic pressure loading tests are ideal application areas due to their robustness and reliability. The supply to the controller other than the voltage supply requires clean, dry compressed air for the pneumatic control circuit. Hydraulic oil or water (or other media on request) can be used as pressure medium on the output side.

■Design

The CPC8000-H consists of two components: a model CPC8000-HC pressure controller and a model CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with a reference pressure sensor. The hydraulic module is available in two versions. Bars and high pressure versions from 5 to 700 bar (75 to 10,000 psi), within the pressure range from 20 to 1,600 bar (290 ... 23,000 psi). The complete system is housed in a 19" plug-in case or 19" rack. Sensors can be changed from the front of the hydraulic module without disassembling the complete controller (e.g. outside the calibration rig).

■Function

Its expertise allows the desired pressure value from the controller to be adjusted quickly and easily. Maximum ease of use is achieved through the large touchscreen and simple, intuitive menu navigation. Moreover, its usability is further supported by the availability of numerous menu languages. The large touch screen allows you to display all the necessary information such as current measurements and settings on one screen. Optionally, measurements can also be displayed in different pressure units. The pressure controller can be remotely controlled via the available serial interface. Through these an extensive emulation command set for other pressure controllers is available.
