About This Product

■Version

The CPC7000 pneumatic high pressure controller always offers a suitable calibration solution due to its accuracy class. Excellent control performance, special valve technology and high-precision pressure sensors as measuring units are well received. This makes the controller suitable as a factory or working standard for testing or calibrating any type of pressure measuring instrument.

■Design

The CPC7000 is available as a desktop instrument or a 19-inch rackmount kit. Sensors can be changed through the front without completely removing the controller. Remove from calibration rig (plug and play).

■Function

The touch screen provides ease of use through its intuitive user interface. Numerous menu languages ​​enhance user convenience. In addition to specifying a specific pressure set point, change the pressure in programmable steps defined using the STEP button, either by entering via the touch screen or sending via the remote interface You can. Additionally, the user can also easily create a wide range of test programs using the instrument menu. Depending on the application, the control rate can be set as a user-defined variable rate.

■Software

WIKA-CAL calibration software allows convenient calibration of pressure measuring instruments and generation of test certificates. In addition, you can also remotely control your equipment using serial command format, Mensor standard, SCPI, or other optional command sets.

■Complete testing and calibration system

Complete mobile or fixed test systems can be manufactured upon request. It has IEEE-488.2, RS-232, USB, and Ethernet interfaces for communicating with other equipment and can be integrated into existing systems.
