About This Product
■Device overview
This device is a chip appearance inspection device that uses 6 (4) cameras to inspect the appearance of chip parts supplied from a parts feeder, and performs precision stability inspection and high-speed inspection on 6 (4) sides. Defects and dimensional defects after inspection are separated from non-defective products and disposed of. We also have a variety of options available to meet the diversifying needs of our customers.
■ Stable inspection of work corner edges and back side
Because the back side of the workpiece is inspected directly rather than through glass, it boasts stability with very little gray/retest. Adopts a special conveyor that highlights the edges of workpieces that are difficult to detect.
■Face the workpiece directly to the camera/lighting
Optimization of imaging conditions with a focus on stability/reproducibility.
■2-shutter, 2-lighting method adopted
Demonstrates high defective product detection ability by switching between two lighting systems for one surface. This makes it possible to detect defects by highlighting the surface. *Backlight illumination for measuring side/rear dimensions can also be installed/one illumination for end face.
■Special transport system that is gentle on products
Unlike the mechanical chuck/electrostatic chuck method, this is a special way to transport the workpiece under no load. There is no product shape/electrical damage inside the device.
■Prepare various types of lighting to avoid overlooking defects.
It is possible to select and equip the most suitable lighting such as backlight illumination for side/back dimension measurement, shadowless illumination, infrared illumination, etc.
■Special detection algorithm developed in-house
By developing a special detection algorithm, we have achieved improved yield and high inspection accuracy. Since the software is developed in-house, a wide variety of support is possible.
■Array type can also be inspected
Since inspection conditions can be set freely, it is possible to use no electrodes, 2 electrodes, longitudinal electrodes, composite tips, etc.
■Applicable to external appearance inspection of coil bobbins, LED-PKG, etc.
We can also handle products other than square chip parts. (Limited to parts that can be supplied from parts feeders.)
■It is possible to sort NGBOX major defects/light defects, etc.
After failure analysis, we will contribute to feedback to the equipment in the previous process.
