■ It is a setting tool for PROFIBUS sensor. ・ Even if there is no Profibus master of PLC, it is possible to set the parameter of the Profibus sensor via a personal computer. ・ The Profibus simulator is a tool that allows you to connect to the existing PROFIBUS network system to be laid in the future, and allows you to confirm and configure the PROFIBUS slave data from your computer instead of the Profibus master (usually PLC). ■ Functional differences from Profibus masters such as PLC ・ Simultaneous communication with multiple sensors is not possible. If multiple sensors are connected to the same PROFIBUS network, one sensor will be selected and communicated. ・ There is a slave search function. ・ You can change the slave Profibus address (some can be done with PLC). -The communication speed is fixed at 19.2kBAUD.
