Loc-Line is a pipe system that provides cooling to machining spots and other necessary cooling in machining operations.
It is a combination of parts such as hoses and nozzles and is mainly used for cooling in machining operations due to its flexibility and ease of setup. It can be used for air as well as liquids.
Uses of Loc-Line
Loc-Line is used to cool the heat generated in machining spots, to lubricate machining spots, and to remove chips generated during machining. They are easy to set on the machining spot, and once set, they do not move due to internal pressure.
The combination of various dedicated parts enables a multi-pipeline configuration and discharge to multiple points. Unlike metal piping, plastic parts are used, eliminating the risk of contact with nearby machinery or issues related to corrosion.

Loc-Line Features
Loc-Lines consist of a discharge nozzle and an extendable hose. The hose can be extended by splicing the basic component, called a piece, with a special tool. In addition, Loc-Line can perform two functions in a single machine, as it can suction as well as discharge coolant. An example of a suction pipeline application is the suction of fumes from soldering, which has been pointed out as a health hazard.
