A hand pallet scale is a hand pallet used for transportation that has a weight measurement function.
When measuring the weight of a pallet, the object is transported to the weighing instrument and then weighed. In addition, products that have received type approval can perform highly accurate measurements.
A similar product used for this purpose is the forklift scale, which is connected to the end of a forklift.
Hand pallet scales are widely used in distribution warehouses to transport and weigh goods.
Hand pallet scales not only measure gross weight but also can output various data, such as actual weight and number of pieces of cargo, by registering tare weight and weight per piece.
Products are designed with the actual usage environment in mind, with larger LCD displays and printing functions to improve visibility of measurement results, and resin handles to improve workability in winter.
The hand pallet scale applies this principle in the same way as an ordinary hand pallet, hooking the pallet to the jack at the tip and lifting it up by hydraulic pressure by pumping the handle part, thus enabling heavy pallets to be transported with less force.
Hand pallet scale also has a built-in load cell type measuring device to measure the weight. The hand pallet scale uses a load cell to detect the distortion caused by the weight of the object placed on the jack and converts it to weight. Because of the high accuracy of measurement using this method, there are products that can be certified as measuring instruments.
Since a highly rigid stand is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the load cell method and the act of transporting heavy objects itself requires strength, iron or stainless steel is generally used as the material of the product.
