Standard model of batch type UV curing equipment. It can be safely processed because it can be irradiated while shielded from light. Since the housing is separate, it can be adapted to suit the sample size and shape.
Features
■You can choose the UV lamp according to the paint.
High-pressure mercury lamps and metal halide lamps can be selected according to the paint.
■Shutter mechanism
In batch-type UV curing equipment, it is usually necessary to turn off the lamp in order to take out the workpiece after irradiation treatment. Once high-pressure mercury lamps and metal halide lamps are turned off, it takes time to turn them on again, so a shutter mechanism is installed to prevent this from affecting work efficiency and productivity.
■You can choose the storage case depending on the size of the sample.
We have two types of storage cases with different opening dimensions. You can choose the most suitable storage case depending on the shape and size of the materials.
