About This Product

Cap magnets are highly attractive products that combine magnets and yokes. The combination of magnet and iron forms a magnetic circuit, which increases the attraction force and improves performance. By attaching a cap, the magnetic force is concentrated on one side of the magnet, so you can obtain several times the attraction force compared to a single magnet of the same type and size. Magtec handles cap magnets/countersinks, cap magnets/step holes.

■Features of cap magnet (countersink)

Our cap magnet is a highly attractive product that combines a neodymium magnet and a yoke. By attaching a cap, a magnetic circuit is formed and the magnetic force is concentrated on the attraction surface, so you can obtain an attraction force several times that of a single neodymium magnet of the same type and size. ・The adsorption force is 2 to 4 times greater than neodymium magnets without caps. - Improves mechanical impact resistance. *The standard product has a N pole suction surface.
