Corrosion-resistant alloy vessel ZV series is a corrosion-resistant alloy inner high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel that can be used for research and development of zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, subcritical water, nanomaterial synthesis, and functional material synthesis. Can be used for tests with a container heat resistance temperature of 300℃ and up to 8.59MPa.
There are four standard capacities: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. The reaction takes place inside a corrosion-resistant alloy inner vessel, so it can be used with a wide range of fluids from acids to alkaline solutions. Corrosion-resistant alloys can be manufactured from pure metals such as nickel, zirconium, and titanium, as well as nickel-based alloys such as Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, Inconel, Monel, and Carpenter.
Light, compact, and simple structure makes it easy to handle. It can be used for multiple comparison tests with small amounts using oven heating, oil bath, etc.
