■PEEK high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, subcritical water, nanomaterial and functional material synthesis, etc.

The PEEK vessel PV series is a PEEK inner high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel that can be used for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, etc. Can be used for tests with a container heat resistance temperature of 250℃ and up to 7.83MPa. There are four standard capacities: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. The reaction takes place inside the PEEK inner vessel, and its features include high resistance to highly concentrated alkaline solutions, steam resistance, and water vapor resistance. Vessels can also be made of PTFE or corrosion-resistant alloy materials depending on the fluid and test conditions. Light, compact, and simple structure makes it easy to handle. It can be used for multiple comparison tests with small amounts using oven heating, oil bath, etc.
