About This Product

■TV series/reactor unit/individual introduction

Hydrothermal synthesis, hydrothermal reaction, functional materials, nanomaterials, zeolite synthesis, biomass, subcritical water, supercritical CO2, supercritical alcohol, supercritical water, various syntheses, polymerization reactions, hydrogen reduction, gas addition, gasification treatment This page introduces individual reactor products for research and development applications such as , electrochemistry, corrosion testing, etc. PTFE Vessel TV Series PTFE inner high pressure decomposition reaction vessel

■PTFE high-pressure decomposition reaction vessel for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, subcritical water, and synthesis of nanomaterials and functional materials.

The PTFE Vessel TV series is a PTFE inner high pressure decomposition reaction vessel that can be used for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, subcritical water applications, etc. Can be used for tests with a container heat resistance temperature of 260℃ and up to 7.83MPa. There are four standard capacities: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Due to the reaction inside the PTFE inner vessel, it can be used with a wide range of fluids from acids to alkaline solutions. Vessels can also be made of PEEK or corrosion-resistant alloy materials depending on the fluid and test conditions. Light, compact, and simple structure makes it easy to handle. It can be used for multiple comparison tests with small amounts using oven heating, oil bath, etc.
