About This Product

Compatible with DC motors and brushless motors. Mechanically friendly driver with low loss.

■Features

・Possible to perform positioning operation without step-out by combining with high reduction ratio gear. -Supports 1-pulse input method and 2-pulse input method. ・In addition to returning to origin using the origin sensor, it also has a built-in origin return function by end contact. ・Built-in overcurrent protection function that detects motor line short circuits, ground faults, and power faults and cuts off the output. ・Built-in overload protection function to prevent motor burnout accidents during overload. - Built-in restraint protection function that detects motor shaft restraint and cuts off output. ・Low loss because Nch POWER MOS-FET is used as the drive element. ・Low noise because the PWM frequency is outside the audible range.

Detects a drop in power supply voltage and cuts off the output (automatic recovery)

Detects abnormal motor current and cuts off output (automatic recovery)

If a current exceeding the rating continues to flow, the output will be cut off (state maintained) and reset by turning the “start input” “open” and turning the power on again.

If the deviation counter value exceeds ±10,000 pulses, the output will be cut off and reset by turning the “start input” “open” and turning the power on again.

Detects motor restraint and shuts off the output (maintains the state), detects motor stop for 2 seconds or more when the motor current is flowing over 1.0A, determines the motor to be restrained, turns ``start input'' ``open'', and restarts the power supply. Reset on input

Detects abnormal power current and shuts off the circuit, F1 (5A chip fuse)

Detects an error code in the sensor signal and shuts off the output (maintains the state), resets by turning the “start input” “open” and turning the power back on.
