About This Product

■What is the rotating wave nozzle Patagan?The high-speed rotation of the injection outlet produces intermittent shock waves over a wide area. Compared to the air pushing effect of a conventional air gun, the air hitting effect of a patter gun saves air consumption and reduces processing time.

Conventional air guns could only perform pinpoint processing, but Patagan allows you to reduce consumption and fire strong air over a wide range. Also, because conventional air nozzles have a steady flow, the workpiece (parts) itself may be blown away when draining. Since the nozzle itself of the Patagan rotates, the air becomes a wave motion.

Moisture, oil, grease, and dust can be removed without blowing away the workpiece during use. You can experience the effects of using the Patagan when cleaning, drying, and cleaning small irregularities, carpets, mesh, wire mesh, cutting dust, etc.

■Operation explanation of Patagan (when a wave occurs)- When air is sent, the tube begins to move due to pressure and begins to rotate along the inner wall of the internal rotor. If you put your hand on the Patagan's nozzle in this state, you will feel that it is being hit intermittently with air. That is the wave.
・The waves generated by the rotation of the tube produce an air collision force equal to the number of rotations.
・The internal rotor (white cover) is a part that rotates synchronously with the nozzle tube section. This reduces frictional resistance during rotation, reducing dust generation and wear and tear.

■The difference between Patagan and Air Gun・Patagan repeats the air collision force due to the effect of rotational waves, so it can knock out water accumulated in hollows.
- Normal air guns simply push with air, so water cannot get over the steps and remains in the depressions.
- When used at the same pressure and flow rate, the Patagan can process a wider range of treatment due to its rotational wave effect.
