■Warning

Confirmation of product standards Before installing and using a spring, carefully check the design specifications and product standards to be installed. In particular, please note that ISO standard products and "strong springs" have completely different identification colors and spring characteristics. Note

■Reinforcement of installation part

Because springs are made of hard steel, due to their characteristics, the parts that apply pressure and the parts that receive the spring may go into wear due to wear. If there is any inconvenience during use, please take measures such as protecting and reinforcing the installation part.

■Periodic inspection

The spring will wear out as it is used more frequently, so replace it as necessary. To prevent rust, always check and maintain the product to ensure that it is coated with an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil. In particular, please be aware that "Unpainted, LR, MR, and other springs (without rust prevention treatment specifications)" are not coated with anion electrodeposition and are susceptible to rust. .

When storing springs, avoid high temperatures and high humidity, and store springs in a safe place where they cannot be touched by anyone other than the operator.

■Disposal

Tohatsu's standard spring series is made of low-alloy steel (silicon chrome steel for springs, piano wire, stainless steel wire for springs), so it can be disposed of as normal metal waste. Materials and paints comply with RoHS specifications.
