Naruto jig is a processing jig for clamping ring gear shaped products. By flexibly adjusting the workpiece centering and clamping position using the spindle movement of a single-axis general-purpose machine, a wide variety of workpieces can be handled with a single Naruto jig. Achieves "reduction in investment" and "reduction in man-hours for changeover" of jigs.

The jigs conventionally used to process ring gear-shaped products are not versatile, and it is necessary to prepare jigs for each product type, resulting in large costs. In addition, when changing product types, it takes a lot of man-hours to replace jigs.
■Development points
By freely adjusting the clamper of the ``Naruto Jig'', a single machine can handle a wide variety of workpieces. Furthermore, by adjusting the clamper position and centering the workpiece using the spindle movement, automatic stage changes are realized, contributing to investment and labor savings. The name of the product comes from the fact that the shape of the changing disc on the back of the clamp surface resembles the shape of a food product.
