With the separate jig series, the flat jig can be divided into parts, and the stage can be changed by simply replacing the upper jig. Since a high-precision positioning unit is used to fix the upper jig, there is no need for accuracy when attaching and detaching, contributing to more efficient setup change work. We have a lineup of various separate jigs depending on the intended use.
Plate jig (unit fastening)

Changing the jig usually requires work using a hoist or the like, and requires a lot of man-hours because it involves many complicated tasks such as ensuring accuracy when changing and connecting piping. As the need for high-mix, low-volume production increases, there is a need for jigs that are lightweight and easy to change over.

The "Separate Jig Series" reduces the size of the parts that need to be replaced during setup changes by dividing the flat jig. In addition, the high-precision positioning unit and simple piping connections enable switching by simply replacing the upper jig, contributing to improved work efficiency.
