About This Product

■Screw type swing actuator・NEUMARID, which is essential for labor saving due to its extremely light movement, is the only screw type swing actuator.
・Since the piston is a screw type, it has the advantage of being able to fit into a slim shape and requiring a small installation area.
- Models with an inner diameter of 20 mm are also available with an angle adjustment function and a switch.

■Operating principle・A helical spline (screw type) is used as the basic structure of New Marid, and it is constructed by combining it with a piston inside the cylinder.
・New Marid is a product in which the reciprocating motion of a piston is converted into torque (rotational force) by a helical spline.
・Each model has its own unique structure as a piston rotation prevention method that helps the piston stroke movement.

■Adjustment method1. Set the air pressure to 0MPa and tighten the hexagonal nut.
2. Set the hexagon socket set screw so that the protrusion amount is 25 to 30 mm.
3. Tighten the hexagonal nut to temporarily secure it.
4. Set the air pressure and air flow rate to the minimum that will allow the device to operate.
5. Supply air from the head side. (Setting the swing starting point)
6.Align and fix the device body at the starting position. (or mark the starting position)
7.Please supply air from the rod side. (Setting the end point)
8. Set the air pressure to 0MPa and loosen the hexagon nut.
9.Turn the hexagon socket set screw by hand and adjust until it touches the wall as shown in the illustration.
10.Adjust the swing angle from the starting position referring to the angle adjustment specifications below.
11. After completing the angle adjustment, use a hex wrench to secure the hexagon socket set screw, and use a wrench to tighten the hex nut.
12.Set the air pressure and air flow rate to the specified conditions. .
