■Summary
・This is an air-hydraulic conversion booster specialized for workpiece clamps and direct-acting clampers.
・A small pressure booster that uses factory air.
■Features
・Because it is small, it does not take up much installation space.
・This unit increases the factory air pressure from 0.2MPa to 0.7MPa to several to ten times the hydraulic pressure.
- By changing the air pressure arbitrarily, the oil pressure can be changed steplessly.
- Since it is equipped with a switch, it is possible to check pressurization and release operations using electrical signals.
- Since air pressure is used, there is almost no temperature rise on the hydraulic side even during continuous operation.
・Since no air is consumed during continuous clamp pressurization, an environment-friendly system that contributes to CO2 reduction can be constructed.
■Hydraulic actuator
・Please use a springback single-acting hydraulic actuator.
・Please use our actuator (recommended) for direct-acting clampers CSA type, CSB type, CSC type, and CSD type.
- If you are using a hydraulic actuator made by another company, please select a product that meets the usage conditions of the air-hydro booster.
・Please use sufficient hydraulic pressure and discharge oil amount.
・Please use one with a discharge oil volume of approximately 4 cc.
