- By adopting a turntable in the test station, work time for replacing workpieces, etc. is halved.
・Helium gas filling process and leak test process are performed at the same time in separate positions, significantly reducing processing time.
・Equipped with helium leak detector "HELIOT-ZERO" to check for helium gas leaking from the inspection item during vacuum evacuation * Possible * "High-speed gas analysis mechanism during vacuum evacuation": Patent pending
・By enabling high-speed processing, we have realized space savings such as reducing the number of test chambers.
・The number of chambers can be reduced to 1 chamber, eliminating the need to move work positions and improving work efficiency.
