About This Product

The STA 6000, which uses the specially developed SaTurnA™ sensor, and the STA 8000, which can measure up to 1,600℃, are highly versatile thermogravimetric and differential thermal measurement devices that can be used for everything from research to routine measurement.

■Features- Dedicated sensors for STA6000/8000 lead to excellent reproducibility and accurate DTA.
・The sample holder located in the center of the furnace creates uniform temperature distribution.
- A mass flow controller that allows gas switching inside the main body provides a stable measurement environment and measurement reproducibility.
・User-replaceable sensors greatly reduce equipment maintenance time and dead time.
・STA8000 is a high-temperature high-precision TG-DTA that has a compact design and has outstanding operability and reliability that can handle temperatures of 1,600℃.
・The STA8000 can withstand measurements of several 100 mg required for glass and ceramics, and its unique sensor captures and measures changes in sample shape.

■SaTurnA™ sensorSaTurnA sensor In conventional DTA, temperature changes in the reference sample affected the DTA data. The SaTurnA sensor uses a sample/reference integrated type that does not require a reference sample. Also, replacement is easy and there is no need for a service call.

■Easy sensor replacementIn TG-DTA, the sensor deteriorates due to decomposition gas from the sample. With STA 6000/8000, sensors can be replaced easily by anyone, as they do not require any tools such as wrenches and do not require skilled labor. Automated calibration makes it easy to restart the device after sensor replacement, minimizing device dead time.

■TG-DTA with excellent reproducibilityDedicated sensors and temperature controls for STA6000/8000 provide excellent reproducibility for both TG and DTA. The design concept, which is less susceptible to changes in the surrounding environment, enables highly accurate measurements.
