About This Product

Six functions to meet diverse needs. Based on two confocal optical systems, it is equipped with six functions: differential interference observation, vertical white interference measurement, phase shift interference measurement, and reflection spectroscopic film thickness measurement. Observations and measurements that could not be achieved without multiple devices are now possible with a single device.

■White confocal

HYBRID + has the functionality of a white confocal microscope and is capable of high-definition full-color observation and high-precision 3D shape measurement.

■Laser confocal

HYBRID + is equipped with a laser confocal microscope in the same optical system as a white confocal microscope. Adopts laser light as the light source. It enables observation and measurement with high magnification and resolution comparable to that of an electron microscope.

■Differential interference observation

The combination of confocal optical system and differential interference function enables visualization of minute irregularities in real time with high contrast.

■Vertical white interference measurement

A dual-beam objective lens is used to measure shapes over a wide millimeter-level area with nano-level precision.

■Phase shift interference measurement

We perform angstrom level shape measurement using optical interference.

■Reflection spectroscopic film thickness measurement

We use film interference to measure the thickness of transparent thin films of 1 micron or less.

■More accurate with the industry's highest specifications

We achieve the industry's highest standards in the various observation and measurement functions required of laser microscopes.

■High-speed measurement

Achieves the industry's highest level frame rate (15Hz). Effective in patchwork, automatic measurement, and automatic defect inspection.

■High precision measurement

Achieves the industry's highest level of accuracy and repeatability for both horizontal and height measurements. Easier to use with extensive measurement and analysis functions and support functions. The measurement and analysis software for HYBRID+ "LM eye" is fully equipped with support functions for easy measurement and analysis.

■Measurement/analysis function

This function measures and analyzes parameters such as profile measurement, roughness measurement, and film thickness measurement.

■Measurement support function

It has become easier to use with its extensive measurement and analysis functions and support functions.
