The THT series is a macro fluorescence microscope that can observe the weak fluorescence emitted from the biological sample at a low magnification and extremely bright. In addition to membrane potential imaging using a membrane potential sensitive pigment, it is used in laboratories around the world for wide -visible imaging using various fluorescent proteins such as GCAMP and FRET.
