Microhub can acquire all four labels or different structures simultaneously in both widefield and confocal without moving the sample. This eliminates the spatiotemporal deviation between fluorescent labels that can occur due to movement of the observation target during continuous image acquisition.

Mica integrates transmitted light and fluorescent imaging modalities. Choose from multiple imaging modalities within one Microhub, including widefield, confocal, THUNDER imaging, LIGHTNING, Z-stack, and time-lapse.
This allows you to, for example, create a fast overview of a wide field of view at low magnification, gradually zoom in on the region of interest, and switch to confocal when and where you need to move the sample to another system. You can do it without having to do it.
■No restrictions - Achieving conditions close to physiological conditions through experiments
Live cell experiments require cells to be in optimal shape. Generally, 2D and 3D cells in culture require controlled temperature and pH (via CO2) in their environment. Evaporation must be minimized to maintain stable nutrient and ion concentrations. Some experiments require mimicking O2 closer to physiological levels. Mica can provide the correct conditions in a live cell configuration.
