About This Product
The 16.5:1 zoom lens system is fully apochromatically aberration corrected and can resolve sample structures down to 551 nm wide. This is a top-of-the-line manual type stereoscopic fluorescence microscope.
The coding function allows the zoom/fluorescence filter/iris diaphragm/objective revolver information to be read from the Leica Imaging Software (Leica Application Suite: LAS), allowing correct measurements to be made along with the current microscope configuration information. Reproducibility and consistency of experimental procedures is ensured.
