About This Product

The Leica MZ10 F is a stereofluorescence microscope with a standard viewing magnification of 8x-80x and a resolution of 375 Lp/mm. Unique triple beam technology provides bright signals and a clear background for high-contrast observation. The FLUOIII™ filter changer allows quick filter switching for 3 optical paths simultaneously. The Leica MZ10 F is an essential tool for observing gene expression and for applications in developmental biology.

- 10:1 zoom ratio, perfect for routine observation, total magnification (standard) 10x to 80x. Maximum numerical aperture 0.125. - Standard zoom magnification of 8x-80x - ideal magnification for routine tasks such as sorting. From overview to detail, it can be observed with one device. - Triple-beam fluorescent light path for bright fluorescent illumination and excellent background clearance. ・Fluorescence filter changer FLUOIII™ enables quick fluorescence filter switching. ・Extensive lineup of fluorescent filters covering many fluorescent dyes.

■Easy to use and suitable for a wide range of applications

The Leica MZ10 F is a powerful screening tool for researchers. With a zoom ratio of 10:1, the total magnification ranges from 10x to 80x when combined with the standard Planapo 1x objective. Furthermore, the optical performance with a maximum resolution of 375 Lp/mm is ideal for screening. Its applications are not limited to fluorescence observation, but can also be used for bright field observation by combining fallen-angle and transmitted illumination. It demonstrates its capabilities in all kinds of screening observations such as fruit flies, nematodes, zebrafish, and plants.

■Triple optical path near vertical system unique to Leica

Like high-end Leica fluorescence stereomicroscopes, it is equipped with a dedicated optical path for excitation light that is independent of the observation optical path. (TripleBeamTM optical path: patented technology). Achieves outstanding back clearance, which is important in fluorescence observation. In addition, the excitation light is quasi-coaxial and irradiated backwards, reducing glare to the eyes and emphasizing the three-dimensional effect.
