The Leica M205 FA all-electric stereo fluorescence microscope opens new research areas for stereo fluorescence microscopy, including working in clean benches and imaging. - Easily perform complex steps in multichannel fluorescence imaging. - Motorized zoom, filter exchange, fluorescence intensity manager (FIM), and aperture. Even complex experiments are easy. - Attach a high-precision Leica LMT 260 scanning stage to enable positioning in microns. Various chambers can also be installed.

■Leica M205 FCA: Semi-motorized fluorescence stereo microscope

Until now, it was necessary to use a working microscope with an intuitive manual zoom and a high-end motorized type. The Leica M205 FCA stereofluorescence microscope combines two worlds, offering fast manual screening and high-end imaging simultaneously.

■Advantages of semi-electric

- Microscope settings are automatically saved to provide highly reproducible results. - Up to 4 filters can be set. Don't interrupt your work. - By combining the foot switch, you can change the filter, adjust the focus, and adjust the lighting, allowing you to use both hands freely for screening work.

■Bright fluorescent signal

Leica's exclusive TripleBeam fluorescence beam path has a third beam path developed specifically for fluorescence illumination, ensuring even bright illumination across the entire field of view at any zoom magnification, without scattering reflections that could interfere with imaging.

■Real 3D image

The Leica M205 FCA/FA is equipped with FusionOptics technology. Each of the two observation optical paths has a different role, with the right eye inputting a high-resolution image with the maximum numerical aperture, and the left eye inputting an image with a deep depth of focus. The two conflicting pieces of information are fused without the human brain consciously, making it possible to achieve 3D observation at high magnification. ・The right optical path provides high-resolution images with maximum numerical aperture, and the left optical path provides images with a deep depth of focus. ・You can see images with extremely clear details and a deep depth of focus.
