About This Product

Germany's Drehmo Actuator, which has been part of the AUMA Group since 2008, supplies the following product groups. ・s-range (no integrated control device, NORM type) ・c-matic (with integrated control device) ・i-matic (integrated control device/intelligent/smart type) ・x-matic (integrated control device/intelligent/smart type, explosion-proof version) *c-matic, i-matic, and x-matic come with an integrated control device, but they are truly integrated and have a very compact external shape and structure. An eccentric planetary gear is used to transmit the power of the motor to the output shaft, and as there is no steering wheel operation switching structure, there is no possibility that the steering wheel cannot be operated due to failure of the switching structure parts. In addition, oil is used for internal gear lubrication and is easy to replace. *For c-matic, an encoder can be selected as an option for the standard mechanical limit switch. By using an encoder, it is not necessary to remove the housing to set the position (non-penetrating type), making it easy to set the position on site. *i-matic can be operated with a magnetic pen instead of a push button as an option. Magnetic pen operation is a solution to the problem of pushbuttons becoming stuck and unable to be operated in desert areas and dusty areas. It is also useful in cold regions where pushbuttons freeze and become unusable. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid a situation where anyone can operate the on-site push button. *Drehmo actuator is for gate valve/globe valve type D: 10Nm to 2,000Nm. Type DP for Bata valves and ball valves: The torque setting range is 10Nm to 1,600Nm, and Type D is useful when fast opening/closing times are required for large valves.
