About This Product

Stable electrical connectivity and excellent adhesion to various substrates When mounting smartphone camera modules or BtoB connectors to FPCs, a backing plate is attached. When using a polyimide plate, the CBF series functions as a shield, and when using a metal plate such as Ni-SUS, the Ni-SUS and FPC GND can be connected with a stable resistance value. The CBF series has excellent heat resistance and stable performance even after reflow, and the CBF-800-D40/-D60 in particular have excellent resistance to high temperatures and high humidity. Features ・Excellent adhesion to various substrates Achieves excellent adhesion with Ni-SUS and other reinforcing plates ・GND reinforcement possible By electrically connecting the FPC GND circuit and the metal reinforcing plate, the GND of the component mounting area can be strengthened.
