About This Product

■Long distance wireless communication is possible by using a repeater

The range of wireless sensors is 1km (standard), but by placing repeaters appropriately in between, monitoring can be performed over long distances (up to about 2km). One receiver can manage up to 100 sensors.

■Low power consumption, long distance communication possible, noise resistant LoRa wireless communication adopted

LoRa (Long Range) communication is an international wireless communication standard that does not require a license and uses the 920MHz band (sub-giga band) in Japan. The private LoRa method, in which a gateway (receiver for this system) is installed, does not require communication fees, and has been attracting attention in recent years, especially in the manufacturing industry, which promotes data collection and visualization.

■Features of LoRa communication

・Low power consumption: Can be driven for a long time with batteries ・Long distance communication: Communication over 1 km is possible even from inside a building (environment with a good view) - Resistant to noise: Frequency band different from the frequently used 2.4GHz band such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ・No communication charges offline: Adopts private LoRa method, no external communication charges required

■Visual confirmation changes so much with wireless DX

By converting to DX with wireless sensors, measurement data is automatically recorded and accumulated in real time. The timing of the measurement cycle can be set for each sensor, and the data is automatically saved as a CSV file on your PC or Windows tablet.

■Can measure pressure and temperature simultaneously

Monitoring and recording can be performed at the same time in places where pressure and temperature monitoring is required, such as cooling circulating water, circulating hydraulic pressure, and cylinders.

■Uses commercially available batteries for sensor power supply

Commercially available batteries, which are easy to obtain and replace, are used as the power source for the wireless sensor. By using a battery socket, the battery will not fall out even if you remove the cap with the sensor facing upward. Because it is driven by low power, the battery life is approximately 2.5 years for one measurement per hour. If the battery level is low, an error message will be displayed on your PC or Windows tablet.
