About This Product
MS4515 / 4525 is a small pressure sensor of the board implementation type. The MS4515, which achieved low -cost production, is composed of MEAS's Ultrastable technology and the latest CMOS circuit, and is a product that supports high performance and reliability, along with low cost required for OEM applications. The temperature impact error has been compensated in advance, and the comprehensive accuracy (TOB), including all errors, is ± 1.0 % or less (4515 2inch / 4inch only ± 2.0 %).
The sensor power can be used by selecting 3.3VDC or 5.0VDC.
The pressure sensor consisting of the ceramic substrate can be selected from side ports, top ports, and manifolds that are suitable for use, and the MS4515 has a differential pressure or gauge pressure of 2-30 inchh2O (500 pa to 7.5 kpa), and the MS4525 is the MS4525. Absolute pressure, gauge pressure, differential pressure, compilation pressure, and negative pressure of 1 to 150psi (7 kpa to 1MPa) are used as the measurement range. The pressure port has a structure that will definitely fit the ID tube of 3/32 "(φ2.4mm) with a maximum diameter of φ3.5mm Barbed port.
