About This Product

This method uses a refrigerant such as pure water instead of air to perform cooling.

■Advantages

・Since the design does not use an air cooling fan, it can also be used in clean rooms. -Compared to air-cooled models, it can be designed more compactly, allowing for effective use of internal space. ・Since it can handle high heat generation, it is possible to use high heat generation elements such as IGBT.

■Disadvantages

・Parts to transport the refrigerant, such as a pump, are required separately. ・A separate heat sink is required for the heat dissipation side. ・Cost is higher compared to air-cooled products
