About This Product

This is a construction method in which a cut is made in the aluminum base and the aluminum plate is caulked into the cut.

■Advantages

- By adjusting the pitch of the caulking fins, it can be used for both natural air cooling and forced air cooling. ・Since rolled plates are used for the fins, variations in fin thickness are small. ・No initial investment required.

■Disadvantages

-Fin specifications are limited because the cutting pitch and fin thickness are fixed. ・Since the base and fins are not integrated, there is a loss of heat transfer.
