About This Product

■Summary A holder that suppresses mechanical vibration to zero by using a Peltier module as a cooling element. Supports cooling down to -20℃ and heating up to +100℃. It is flexible and can be equipped with sample electrodes as an option, making it suitable for in-situ observation of various devices. Since heat is exhausted by natural air cooling, the temperature reached depends on the environmental temperature. ■Features ・By installing a large heat dissipation fin at the rear end of the holder, a sample temperature of -20°C can be achieved using only natural air cooling. (must be done) ・Since the sample mounting part is adiabatically fixed from the surrounding parts and connected to the internal parts for heat transfer via foil, it is possible to observe the sample with very little drift after the temperature stabilizes. Masu ・We support flexible customization, such as mounting electrodes for samples. It may also be possible to combine with other functions other than heating and cooling. ■Examples of production results ・Combination with sample transport function in atmosphere-blocked state ・Combination with probe drive function
