About This Product
Plasman Small is a small sintering device that can control current, temperature, and load automatically. The standard Navi Wave allows you to check the behavior of parameters during sintering. All this value is stored as data and can be retrieved. Since the chamber is equipped with a hot wall, it can also be used as a hot press.
■Uniquely developed power supply for energized thermal processing
Equipped with an inverter power supply. Maximum current is 3,000A.
■Indirect heating mechanism hot wall system
In order to solve the problem of uneven temperature of the workpiece, which is often a problem with SPS technology, we have developed an indirect heating mechanism hot wall (HW) system. By using HW and SPS simultaneously, we succeeded in reducing the unevenness of workpiece temperature. This makes it possible to make the structure uniform and produce large sintered bodies. Additionally, by using only the HW, this device can be used as a hot press.

It is possible to sinter a variety of materials from metals to ceramics.
