About This Product

Newall's NP100 touch probe can utilize 100% of its functionality by using the DP900 display. You can easily perform various geometric measurements such as: - Confirm the position of reference points and individual parts. ・Measurement of the inner diameter, outer diameter and center of the hole. ・Measurement of angles and inclinations. ・Step, depth. The NP100 can also be used in all other cases where a probe is used, such as measuring the 3D dimensions of an object or measuring detailed positions when inputting data to an NC device.

■Features

・Repeatability: 2μm. - 5-direction operation. (X+, X-, Y+, Y-, Z+) ・1.5m signal extraction possible. ・Two LEDs visually indicate whether contact is possible. ・Maintain long-term reliability through periodic focused adjustments. -Replaceable probe terminals. - Sufficient range of motion.
