■Features

・The main shaft is supported by ultra-precision tapered roller bearings, enabling powerful cutting and high-load finish cutting. The lever and dial for operating the main shaft are centrally located on the left side of the column, and the speed can be changed in 12 steps between 60 and 1,800 min. - The table is strong enough to withstand heavy cutting, and moves stably along the dovetail on the wide and thick saddle. The saddle moves smoothly along the large guide surface on the upper surface. In addition, various moving surfaces are completely protected from cutting by special wire bars. ・High-speed reciprocating cutting combined with downward cutting is possible with this perfect back gap removal device. ・With a wide spindle rotation range and continuously variable speed of the table, you can always select the appropriate machining conditions depending on the material of the cutter and workpiece. The continuously variable feed speed can be changed freely even during cutting.
