About This Product

The standard version of the TS bearing is designed to operate under heavy loads at moderate speeds and can operate at circumferential speeds up to 3,000 ft/min. Special design features are available in both the bearing and the mount, allowing even higher rotational speeds with this bearing type.

■Design attributes

Contains two flat hardened polished steel washers with cage retainers that hold one or more controlled contour rollers in each pocket. Long rollers are alternated within adjacent pockets. - Overlapping roller paths prevent race "grooves" and extend bearing life. - Small radial displacements of the race do not affect the operation of the TP bearing, reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying installation. - Simple design is the most economical to purchase and install.

■Applications

・Cone crusher ・Crane hook ・Extruder ・Gearbox ・Oil well swivel ・Power drive ・Crusher ·pumps
