About This Product

This is an epoch-making PSA that allows multiple PSA units to control the number of slave units in operation with the master unit's touch panel according to the amount of nitrogen gas required.

･Touch panel operation

The operation status, operation mode settings, maintenance management, etc. can be easily checked and set, and even when there is an abnormality in the equipment, the location of the abnormality is displayed on the touch panel through self-diagnosis, enabling appropriate service support.

･Energy-saving operation function

Since the device is composed of multiple units, it is possible to stop the operation of the child unit according to the amount of N2 gas used, so no wasteful air is consumed. (Number of units controlled operation: patented)

It also has a flow rate operation function that controls the adsorption time. Consumption of raw material air ≠ electricity cost of the compressor can be reduced, and a large energy saving effect and CO2 emission reduction effect can be obtained.

･High discharge pressure

In the conventional two-tower PSA, the two adsorption towers alternately perform adsorption and desorption, resulting in intermittent gas generation. However, when this PSA is combined with the slave unit, it becomes a multiple two-tower PSA structure.

This makes it possible to reduce the pressure drop in the N2 buffer tank and achieve a high discharge pressure of 0.65 to 0.75 MPa.

･Built-in air tank

Since raw material air is supplied sequentially from the air tank built into the main unit, even if the amount of air generated increases, the compressor can be protected without increasing the tank capacity.

･Low noise design
By staggering the phases of the adsorption and desorption timings of the master unit and child unit at equal intervals, even if the amount of N2 generated increases, the exhaust noise during desorption remains small. You don't have to worry about environmental noise even if you install it outdoors.
