About This Product

A variety of automatic controls enable higher precision injection and a simpler system. Direct input of injection volume, 3 patterns of injection volume settings available

■Setting by stroke speed

Setting range: 1 to 300 strokes/min (can be set in increments of 1 strokes/min)

■Setting by discharge amount

Setting range: 0.1~ (maximum discharge amount of selected model) mL/min (can be set in 0.1mL/min increments)

■Setting by percentage

Setting range: 1 to 100% (can be set in 1% increments, with maximum stroke number (300strokes/min) as 100%)

■Free power supply

With AC100 to 240V (±10%), there is no need to worry about the on-site supply voltage or voltage fluctuations. In addition, it can be used in a variety of sites and applications, so you can keep it in stock with confidence.

■Suitable for high viscosity liquids

It can also be used to inject polymers (polymer flocculants). *When transferring high viscosity liquids, the discharge rate may be lower than the specified maximum discharge rate depending on the liquid properties and conditions. PZi4/PZi8 only functions

■Analog input proportional control

Injection volume (stroke speed: 0 to 300 strokes/min) can be set according to external analog input signal (4 to 20 mA). It can be used for a wide range of purposes such as pH and residual chlorine control.

■External stop input control

Pump ON/OFF control is possible by inputting an external pump stop signal. By linking with a level meter, you can easily control chemical injection.

■Pulse input proportional control

The injection volume (1/9,999 to 9,999 strokes/pulse) can be set according to the external pulse input signal. Various automatic controls can be easily performed by linking with pulse transmitting flowmeters, etc. PZi8 only features

■2-point level meter control

Controls alarm display/output, pump stop, etc. according to the amount of chemical solution remaining in the tank.

■Count operation (batch injection control) & interval operation (timer injection control)

・Count setting: 1 to 9,999strokes (×1,×10,×100,×1,000) ・Interval setting: ON time 1 to 9,999min, OFF time 1 to 9,999min
