About This Product
The PostPro SF100 is a surface treatment device for post-processing 3D printed parts, giving them the look and feel of injection molded parts. The sealed surface is not only easier to paint, but also improves the mechanical performance of each part, and is also certified safe for skin and food contact.
In addition, by automating the processing of parts after printing, it is possible to produce products with uniform quality and realize mass production of final parts. Compared to traditional manual processing, processing time can be significantly reduced. Because the material is redistributed across the surface, it is not removed as during polishing and does not compromise dimensional accuracy.

■Vapor Smoothing technology
Vapor Smoothing is a technique that uses evaporated solvent to smooth the surface of parts. It can also improve color, improve stretch, tensile and bending performance, and improve durability. Furthermore, since the surface is completely sealed, it is highly airtight and water resistant, making it possible to prevent air and liquid from entering.
■It is possible to manufacture safe parts and products that can obtain FDA certification.
Receiving certification from the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) means that the product has been approved as an appropriate product that does not violate the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act or Food Sanitation Act in both Japan and the United States.
