About This Product
TWO Fusion is a state-of-the-art tabletop filament making machine that allows you to create your own professional grade materials. It can rise to temperatures up to 450℃, making it suitable for processing materials like PEEK/PETG/PEKK to low-temperature materials like PLA/ABS/PET/PETG/TPU/TPE.
By using a mixing screw, you can get better mixing results of materials and additives. It also features a user-friendly touchscreen and a new tension arm for easier operation than ever before.

The compact body does not require any other equipment, making it possible to research and develop materials using just a tabletop in the laboratory.

By reusing waste plastic, we reduce the amount of incinerated waste and at the same time reduce the cost of materials.

Since we can independently research, prototype, and develop materials, we can prototype as many times as we like.
■Automatically adjust filament diameter
You can easily set the filament diameter, and the optical sensor automatically adjusts the diameter.

- Initial settings can be easily made from the operation panel on the front of the main unit.

・Extruder nozzle that can be replaced and accommodates various sizes
・Automatic and manual speed adjustment allows extrusion with accurate diameter
- When you set the spool of your desired size, the retracting arm and automatic winding function automatically determine the position, producing a clean spool that does not get tangled.
・Safety is ensured with a protective net that prevents hands from getting caught when feeding materials into the hopper and a cover that covers the heating section.
・Since it heats up to over 180℃ in about 30 minutes, filament production can begin quickly.
