About This Product

Build final parts with carbon fiber that is as strong as metal FDM desktop series and industrial series 3D printers that realize continuous carbon fiber (CFRP) printing, including carbon fiber. Because it can print parts with high strength and impact resistance, it is used not only for prototyping but also for a wide range of applications such as jigs, welding fixtures, and final parts. The metal 3D printer Metal X can print metal parts with a maximum density of 96%. It is compatible with a wide range of materials such as pure copper, and the initial investment can be reduced to approximately one-tenth of that of conventional metal 3D printers.

■Desktop series

The Desktop Series is a continuous carbon fiber (CFRP) 3D printer that enables the creation of parts with the same strength as aluminum on a desktop. It can be used not only for prototyping purposes, but also for molding jigs and final parts, and can be expected to shorten lead times and reduce costs. It is recommended for those using carbon 3D printers for the first time, as the case weighs only 16 kg and is compact, and the installation cost can be significantly reduced.

■Industrial series

In addition to Onyx, which is the base material of Markforged, the Industrial series can also use flame-retardant materials and materials with ESD measures. The minimum stacking pitch is 50μm, so it can be used even when high precision modeling is required. Additionally, since it is equipped with a high-precision laser, it is easy to adjust the balance, which is important during printing, and achieves stable printing. The printing area is larger than the desktop series, making it ideal for large-sized printing and mass production.

■Metal series

Metal X is a metal 3D printer that uses the ADAM method (atomic diffusion additive manufacturing). Our unique technology, which combines fused deposition modeling (FFF) and metal powder injection molding, allows us to manufacture metal parts with a maximum density of 96%. Since it uses a filament containing metal powder, it can be used safely without the risk of dust explosion. Metal Compared to conventional metal 3D printers, the initial investment is about 10 times lower.
