About This Product

The WASP series of pellet method (FGF) 3D printers are environmentally friendly 3D printers that can directly 3D print from pellets and have a track record of creating new things from marine plastic garbage, fishing nets, etc. It can be used in a wide range of fields, including manufacturing, research, and material development, as well as art, automobiles, and furniture, and is also ideal for recycling and SDGs initiatives.

■5 heating systems

Temperature control is achieved through the usual nozzle, bed and chamber, as well as the barrel and fire cap system (patented technology), allowing heating up to 500°C. This made it possible to use super engineering plastics.

■Reducing energy consumption

Equipped with the patented "Fire Cap System". There are three heat guns around the print head that can locally blow hot air up to 150℃ onto the part. Additionally, this feature allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption.

■Cheaper to print with pellets

By printing directly from pellets, material costs can be reduced by up to 1/10 compared to filament.

■Vacuum plate

By introducing a vacuum suction system, it is easy to install and remove build plates made of materials suitable for the materials used.
