About This Product
Introducing the "Meltio Robot Cell", which has all the incidental equipment necessary for operation. This eliminates the need for preparatory processes such as in-house cell construction design and preparation, security interlock design, and various wiring work after installation, making it possible to immediately manufacture the necessary parts. .
The included Meltio Engine Robot is a 3D printer that is ideal for modeling, repairing, and cladding large-sized (1 m or more) parts and products that are stronger than forged products. It is expected to solve many problems, including shortening manufacturing time, labor shortages, and cost reductions.

・By integrating the Meltio system, robot arm, and positioner, you can start printing immediately after installation.
・It is also possible to install the Meltio system on your own robot arm (FANUC, Yaskawa Electric, ABB, KUKA, etc.).
・We can print large-sized products (1 m or more) and complex shapes without wasting any waste. Efficiently produce large products in small lots using your favorite materials.
・In addition to making products from scratch, we also add parts that improve the performance of existing parts, such as repairing existing parts and cladding.
・Initial costs and running costs are significantly reduced compared to powder-based metal 3D printers.
- Commercially available metal wires such as MIG wire can be used, and there is no loss, making it highly cost-effective.
・Unlike the method of replacing the inside of the chamber with gas, gas consumption is kept to the minimum required by local use.
