About This Product

■Features

In response to the need for gas chromatography automation, this is a full-fledged automatic gas chromatograph that eliminates the complexity of operation and the large installation space that would be required when automating laboratory gas chromatography. It can be widely used as a device that can meet new needs such as high-speed analysis, simultaneous multi-component analysis with multiple detectors, and composition analysis of wet sample gas.

■Up to 3 detectors and 4 column systems can be installed simultaneously

It is possible to perform all-component analysis of a wide variety of sample gas compositions, including inorganic gases and organic substances, and analyzes that were previously performed using two or three laboratory gas chromatometers can now be performed with a single autogas chromator. Up to three detectors such as TCD, FID, and FPD can be built-in, and it can also be connected to an external trace reducing gas detector (TRD) to detect various components from low to high concentrations. A wide range of analysis is possible. Up to 5 column systems can be installed, and by making full use of column techniques such as the pre-cut method, foreflush method, and heart-cut method, analyzes that were previously difficult to perform are now possible.

■Suitable for trace analysis from ppb level to sub-ppm level

A methane converter can be built-in, and in combination with FID, it is possible to analyze sub-ppm levels of CO and CO2 in addition to hydrocarbons, and at the same time, by using TRD, it is possible to analyze H2 and CO at ppb levels.

■Ideal for gas analysis in wet conditions with a large amount of water

By using a constant temperature chamber type sampling unit to analyze the gas composition in a wet state without condensing the condensed components, you can obtain the information you really want.

■High-speed analysis possible with high-speed column system

Our unique high-speed column system enables high-speed analysis in 1/3 to 1/5 of the conventional time.

■Others

- By using a PC-type data processing device, it is possible to calculate the concentration of each component, create a daily report using spreadsheet software, and record data of analysis results in CSV format. -Analysis performed by multiple GCs can be performed with one autogas chromatography unit, so installation space is small and operation is easy. ・Equipped with a touch panel on the gas chromatography main body for easy confirmation and operation. ・Equipped with TCD detector protection function
