About This Product

A bonded magnet is a resin-bonded magnet made by mixing rare earth or ferrite magnet powder with a binder (binding material) such as plastic or rubber and solidifying it. Add additives such as lubricants and antioxidants as needed. Because bonded magnets contain resin, their magnetic force is lower than that of sintered magnets, but even as-formed products have high dimensional accuracy, so post-processing is not necessary, and their mechanical strength is strong, making it possible to manufacture thin-walled products and products with complex shapes.
