About This Product
The joint detector JD-100 series uses the eddy current principle to detect joints (welds), regardless of whether they are covered wires or bare wires.
■Features
- Ideal for detecting joints of covered wires and bare wires.
・Can also be used to detect defects in magnetic and non-magnetic materials.
・It doesn't matter whether it's online or offline, from small to large diameters.
・Line management is possible by combining with output devices such as recorders and alarm devices.
*For detection of magnetic materials, a saturation magnetic device, DC power supply, cooling device, and demagnetizing device (all options) may be required. Output devices are optional.
